ImgFine is built and run by one person.
I have spent over ten years designing brands, logos and websites for small businesses, and I build the tools here for the same reason I build anything: the existing ones asked for too much. Most image tools want an upload, an account, a subscription, or all three — for work a browser can do on its own.
So none of these tools have a server behind them. Your files stay on your device, the tools are free, and there is nothing to sign up for.
