Questions
What happens if my photos are different shapes?
Each cell is the same size and photos are cropped from the centre to fill it. That keeps the grid even, which is what makes a collage read as deliberate rather than accidental.
How many photos can I use?
As many as you like, though past about twelve each one gets too small to see. Four, six or nine usually look best.
Can I change which photo goes where?
The order comes from how you selected them. Clear the list and choose again in the order you want.
What spacing should I use?
A few percent. Enough that the photos do not run into each other, not so much that the grid falls apart.

How it works
Every tool here runs on the HTML Canvas API inside your own browser. When you drop a file, it is read straight into memory, changed there, and handed back as a download. Not one byte goes over the network — which is why there is no upload wait, no file size cap, and no way for anyone, including us, to see your images.
That also means the tools keep working with no connection once the page has loaded, and the only limit on file size is your device's memory.
