How to photo filters
- Add your imagesEvery file in the batch gets the same treatment.
- Start with a presetBlack and white, sepia, warm, cool or punchy. Each one is a starting point rather than a finished look.
- Fine-tune with the slidersBrightness, contrast and saturation stack on top of the preset, so you can nudge the result rather than accept it.

When you need it
A set of photos needs to match
Shots taken at different times of day rarely agree. One pass of the same adjustment pulls them together.
A photo came out flat
A little contrast and saturation is often all a dull picture needs.
You want black and white
Converting properly beats desaturating in a phone app, and adding contrast afterwards usually helps.
Questions
What is the difference between the presets and the sliders?
The presets apply a fixed combination — sepia is a colour shift, punchy is contrast plus saturation. The sliders then multiply on top. Choosing a preset and leaving the sliders alone gives you the preset exactly; moving them adjusts from there.
Can I undo a filter after downloading?
No. The filter is baked into the file when it is saved, so keep your original. Nothing here overwrites the file you dropped in — the download is always a new copy.
Why does my black and white photo look grey and lifeless?
Removing colour also removes a lot of the separation between different parts of the picture. Black and white nearly always wants more contrast than the colour version did — try pushing contrast to 115 or 120.
Do the filters change the file size?
Slightly. More contrast and saturation usually make a file marginally larger, because there is more variation for the encoder to describe. The difference is small enough not to matter.
Can I apply filters to a whole batch?
Yes, and that is the main reason to use this rather than editing one by one. Every image gets identical settings.

How it works
Every tool here runs on the HTML Canvas API inside your own browser. When you drop a file, it is read straight into memory, changed there, and handed back as a download. Not one byte goes over the network — which is why there is no upload wait, no file size cap, and no way for anyone, including us, to see your images.
That also means the tools keep working with no connection once the page has loaded, and the only limit on file size is your device's memory.
